Kaitlyn joined Dr. Donnelly’s team at Northwest Dental Centre in 2005. Over the years, she has taken part in a team culture built around continued learning and the open exchange of knowledge and skills.
Her cross-training allows her to work in several areas of the practice. Patients may see her at the front reception desk, while her work also extends to treatment coordination, sterilization, and support on the clinic floor. This flexibility helps her respond to different patient and team needs throughout the day.
Kaitlyn appreciates working with dental professionals who share a commitment to patient care. She is always happy to help and encourages patients to let her know what they need during their time at the clinic.
Outside work, Kaitlyn enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.
